Eligible artworks are available for free studio pickup by appointment. A pickup purchase does not include shipping or local delivery.

After successful payment, we aim to contact you within two business days to arrange collection. Unless a different date was disclosed and agreed before payment, we aim to offer a pickup appointment within seven business days after payment. Please wait for our confirmation before travelling to the studio.

Bring your order confirmation and tell us beforehand if another person will collect for you. Inspect the artwork at pickup and tell us about any issue. Inspection or a collection receipt does not waive your mandatory consumer rights. Arrange suitable transport; contact us in advance about size or handling needs.

If you miss an appointment, contact us to reschedule. We do not automatically charge storage fees, forfeit payment or resell your artwork without addressing the order with you under agreed terms and applicable law.

Individually Quoted Shipping

Shipping requires a separate written quote based on destination, artwork dimensions, protective packaging, carrier service and insurance. Automated payment of a shipping quote is not currently offered on the website. Contact us before paying if you need shipping; do not buy a pickup order assuming it will be shipped.

We assess US destinations individually. International shipping is not offered through the current online checkout; contact us to ask whether a separate arrangement is possible. No destination is guaranteed until confirmed.

Before accepting payment for a shipped order, we confirm the full total, applicable tax, shipping and insurance costs, destination, service, expected dispatch date and estimated transit time in writing. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed. For an approved international arrangement, import charges and who pays them must be disclosed in the quote before payment.

Prices and Delivery Costs

Artwork prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax. Applicable tax and delivery charges are disclosed before payment. Delivery is not included in the artwork price unless expressly stated. Studio pickup is free.

Packaging and Tracking

We arrange protective packaging appropriate to the artwork. Your written shipping quote specifies insurance and any signature requirement. We provide carrier tracking when the selected service supports it. Carrier tracking is separate from the website's private order-status link.

Check your delivery address before agreeing to a quote. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. Any additional cost must be disclosed and agreed; it is not automatically charged. If delivery fails or tracking shows a loss, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. A carrier claim does not replace our responsibilities to you.

Delays and Unavailable Artwork

If we cannot meet an agreed dispatch date, we notify you before that date, explain the revised schedule, and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped order. We seek affirmative agreement to a delay. If you decline, or we cannot obtain your agreement, we cancel and refund rather than treat silence as acceptance.

For studio-caused pickup delays, we offer a revised appointment or cancellation with a full refund. If we cannot supply your artwork, we notify you and refund the full amount paid, including applicable tax and delivery charges paid to us.
