The Studio and These Terms

Artwork Descriptions and Availability
Review the title, medium, dimensions, artwork code and photographs before purchasing. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear; this does not excuse a materially inaccurate description. Contact the studio if you need additional information. Original artworks are unique, and a listing or inquiry alone does not reserve one.
A checkout session may temporarily reserve an eligible artwork. Availability and payment status are confirmed by the store's payment processing, not by an inquiry, an abandoned checkout or a browser redirect alone. If we cannot supply a paid artwork, we notify you and refund it under our refund policy.
Prices and Payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax. Applicable tax and approved delivery charges are disclosed before payment. Online checkout is available only when the studio enables it for an eligible artwork and fulfillment method. Card payments are processed through Stripe. A customer account does not by itself mean online payments are available.
Use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide accurate contact information. We do not automatically charge additional delivery fees. If a price or listing error affects an order, we contact you to explain it and seek agreement or cancel and refund; we do not unilaterally increase a completed charge.
Delivery, Cancellation and Returns
The Delivery and Studio Pickup Policy and Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy describe pickup appointments, shipping quotes, delays, cancellation, 14-day returns for existing non-custom artworks, and remedies for damaged or incorrect items.
A pickup purchase does not include shipping. Individually quoted shipping and commissions require separate written arrangements; the current online checkout does not automatically collect a shipping quote or a commission deposit.
Accounts and Private Links
Keep your password and private account/order links confidential. Provide an email address you control. The account displays eligible orders associated with its verified email; a purchase made with another email may require its private tracking link. Do not attempt to access another customer's account, order or security tokens. Contact us if you suspect misuse.
Artwork and Website Rights
Buying an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece, not copyright or reproduction rights, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Website images, artwork and other materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Do not reproduce them commercially without permission. Rights allowed by applicable law remain unaffected.
Acceptable Use and Privacy
Do not misuse forms, interfere with the website, submit malicious content or use it for fraud. We may restrict abusive access while preserving existing customers' applicable purchase and refund rights. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle account, order and inquiry information.
Changes and Your Rights
Updated terms apply to future use or purchases as appropriate, not retroactively to alter an existing order without your agreement where required. These terms do not waive rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you. Contact the studio to discuss an issue; doing so does not remove your statutory rights.
